Your account was suspended
What a suspension means, when it ends, how to ask about it, and what to connect again once your account is active.
For everyone · 9 steps
What you need first
- The email from Spawnfront titled Your Spawnfront account is suspended, open now. It goes to your account's email address.
Steps
Step 1: Read the email
Open the email titled Your Spawnfront account is suspended and read it to the end.
You should see: the reason Spawnfront's staff gave, and until when the suspension lasts — Until lifted, or a day, such as "It ends on 2026-11-02 at 00:00 UTC." The time is in UTC, so it can come a few hours before or after midnight where you live.
While your account is suspended you can't log in, with your password or with Discord. The login page says Invalid credentials, and Discord sign-in says "Discord sign-in didn't finish. Try again." Each time you try, we email you the reason again, at most once a day.
Step 2: Wait for the day, or write to support
If the email names a day, the suspension ends by itself that day. If it says Until lifted, it lasts until staff lift it.
To ask about it, or if you think it's a mistake, write to support@spawnfront.com from your account's email address. Say which account it is, and why you think it should be lifted.
You should see: an answer from Spawnfront's support by email. When staff lift the suspension, you also get an email titled Your Spawnfront account is active again.
Step 3: Open the login page
When the day has come, or after the email saying your account is active again, go to spawnfront.com and press Log in.
You should see: the login page.
Step 4: Log in
Log in with your email and password, or press Continue with Discord. See Log in, or reset your password.
You should see: your Dashboard. Your teams, your cards and everything you saved are where you left them.
Every browser and phone was logged out when the suspension started, so log in again on each one.
Step 5: Open Spawnfront Companion on your PC
The suspension unlinked every PC running Spawnfront Companion, and logging in again does not link them back. On each PC, open the app.
You should see: This PC was unlinked from your Spawnfront profile, and a new code.
Step 6: Press Open Spawnfront
In the app, press Open Spawnfront.
You should see: Spawnfront's link page in your browser, with Linking to naming your account.
Step 7: Press Link
Check that Linking to names your account, then press Link. See Install Spawnfront Companion, from step 7.
You should see: "Linked — go back to the app". On each of your other PCs, repeat these three steps.
Step 8: Add Spawnfront to your AI app again
The suspension also disconnected every AI app you connected, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and they stay disconnected. In each AI app, add Spawnfront again. See Connect an AI assistant.
You should see: Spawnfront's page asking whether to allow the app.
Step 9: Press Allow
On Spawnfront's page, press Allow.
You should see: your AI app answers with your Spawnfront details again.
How to know it worked
- You are on your Dashboard.
- Your PCs show as Linked on Profile › Games, and your AI apps answer again.
Something doesn't look right?
What stays while my account is suspended?
Everything. Your teams, your memberships, your cards and your data are kept, and nothing about your teams changes. While you are suspended, other people don't see you in Find a player, a team doesn't see your applications, and your own bio and photos don't show on your team's cards — the team's own content for your card still does. It all comes back when the suspension ends.
My team calendar in my phone's calendar app is empty
While your account is suspended, your calendar link shows no sessions. You don't need to do anything: keep the subscription, and it fills again by itself after the suspension ends, the next time your calendar app refreshes.
It still says "Invalid credentials" after the day in the email
The suspension ends at 00:00 UTC. Wait a few hours and try again. If the password itself is wrong, reset it — see Log in, or reset your password. Still stuck? Write to support@spawnfront.com.
I didn't get an email, but I can't log in
Check your spam or junk folder for Your Spawnfront account is suspended. If there is none, your password may just be wrong — reset it from the login page.
